| Without dreams, we lose a vital aspect of the direction in our lives. Some dreams come true while others are shattered, yet we still dream. Many dreams change course, either because of reality and circumstance, the people we admire, or a change in ourselves as we mature and gain wisdom. This is called life. The word "Poet" and "Dreamer" are often interchangeable. A true dreamer is open to changes and finds truth in the words "when one door closes, another one may open," The Poetry in "A Nickel's Worth Of Dreams" was juried by a panel of qualified Poet-Editors and selections were made without knowing the name of the Authors.
